PLEASE NOTE:
- In most cases, merchandise displayed are in stock; however, when this is not the case – a lead time of 7-14 working days is required to fulfil the order.
- The client holds full responsibility to provide proper instructions for custom orders (incl. dimensions, colours, special requests). Items will not be re-done, returned or refunded due to improper instruction provided.
- Full payment is required upfront, before production begins, to secure your order. Only once proof of payment is received by Cotton Woods, shall the order begin being completed.
- Returns and refunds are limited to 7 days since date of delivery and will only be approved if item is physically faulty / damaged.
- In the case that a product is damaged / faulty, due to the fault of Cotton Woods, please email cottonwoods.decor@gmail.com with a photograph of the fault. We will then approve or reject a refund, return, exchange or replacement.
- Cotton Woods takes no responsibility for items once shipped. Delayed deliveries are the responsibility of the shipping company.
- In the case of wholesale orders, items priced at wholesale prices are for the sole purpose of re-sale. If wholesale priced items are found to be used for personal purposes, the buyer will be liable to a fine.
